Through the Eyes of a Little Boy
by Emmet O’Dwyer
I am just a little boy,
I’m 12 years old,
All I see around me,
Is rubble, blood and gore.
I was in Croke Park
When the madness broke out
Bloody Sunday 1920
Traumatising.
My Mom’s a Unionist,
My Dad’s a Rebel,
All I want is to be
A family again together.
